Position Overview

Organization: Mooredale

Title: Executive Director

Reports to: Board of Directors

Team: 22 full-time (7 direct reports), 1 part-time, 70 contract and 90 seasonal staff

Location: 146 Crescent Rd, Toronto. Expectation that the Executive Director be highly visible and on-site 5x a week. Free parking available on-site.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 plus comprehensive benefits and vacation package. Compensation will be determined commensurate with experience.
