Is This You?
Are you a clinical leader who is energized by the opportunity to influence quality and care delivery at scale? Do you have the experience of leading across a complex, multi-jurisdictional Long-Term Care and Continuing Care environment, while balancing national consistency with the realities of individual communities? Are you comfortable setting expectations for clinical performance, resident safety and quality outcomes while holding leaders accountable for delivering against them?
Do you thrive in highly regulated environments where clinical excellence and regulatory readiness go hand in hand? Can you interpret evolving regulatory requirements, translate them into practical guidance, and build systems that keep communities’ inspection-ready, not simply when an inspection is approaching, but as part of a culture of continuous quality improvement? Are you confident using clinical data, quality indicators and regulatory findings to identify trends, prioritize opportunities and drive meaningful improvement?
Most importantly, are you a trusted clinical partner and people leader who can influence without relying solely on authority? Can you lead, coach and develop a team of Clinical Care Partners while building strong relationships with operational and clinical leaders across the organization? If you are motivated by the opportunity to strengthen safe, effective and person-centered care for residents across a national network, and are ready to bring both strategic perspective and operational discipline to that challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
