Position Overview
Organization: Pathways to Education Canada
Title: Chief Development Officer
Reports to: President & CEO
Team: 15 overall, 4 direct reports
Location: Hybrid work model, based in Toronto, Ontario. Minimum of two days in office at 439 University Avenue.
Compensation: $225,000 to $250,000 plus a comprehensive benefits and vacation package. Compensation will be determined commensurate with experience.
Use of AI: Artificial intelligence is not currently used to screen, assess, or select applicants at any stage of the hiring process.
