Title: Director of Marketing and Communications

Reports to: Fausto Gaudio, President & Chief Executive Officer

Team:  One, with potential to grow

Location: This is a fulltime, in office (5 days a week) position. Corporate Headquarters are located at 5300 Dundas Street West, Toronto (Across from Kipling Subway Station), parking is on site.

Stepping into an organization and reimagining marketing – from the website to social media, to print materials and beyond, excites you beyond measure. You bring with you a wealth of marketing and communications experience that has led you to this juncture in your career – where you are a confident and capable leader, who can lead marketing and communications strategies from planning through to execution. You would thrive working in an entrepreneurial environment, working directly with leadership.

You have experience working with agencies and vendors – and perhaps you are an ‘agency person’ who is looking to cross the aisle into an ‘in-house’ marketing role. Ideally you have experience working with financial services brands. If not, you are a quick learner and can apply your marketing acumen to just about any business.

You are inquisitive by nature and ask great questions. You seek data and information to help you inform your decision making, but you don’t get bogged down in the analysis paralysis. You can spot low hanging fruit and know how to mobilize.  You have high emotional intelligence, and you demonstrate this through your consultative nature. You are comfortable with ambitious goals and targets and aren’t afraid of a challenge.
