Position Overview

Organization: COSTI

Title: Director, Employment Services and Talent Solutions

Reports To: Senior Director, Client Services

Team: Five direct reports, overall team of approximately 60  

Location: 1710 Dufferin Street, Toronto, with frequent travel across five COSTI locations within the GTA. Hybrid policy in effect.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 plus comprehensive benefits and vacation package. Compensation to be determined commensurate with experience.

Use of AI: Artificial intelligence is not currently used to screen, assess, or select applicants at any stage of the hiring process.

You have led diverse and geographically dispersed teams, and you are comfortable being highly visible and would have no problem travelling around the GTA to spend time with each of your teams in their local centre.

Metrics and reporting don’t deter you – you understand that having systems and process in place are key to success. You have worked within the employment service or recruitment sectors and have a proven ability to manage program operations while leading teams to successful outcomes.

You have been complimented by colleagues for your excellent verbal and written communication skills, your exceptional rapport-building and relationship development skills, combined with your strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. You take a professional and courteous approach to client service and have a high level of respect for the diversity of the people served.
